Mobile Device Warranty

Aquafi Mobile Ltd

 

1.  All our mobile devices are supplied by Vodafone New Zealand.

 

2.  Device warranty is for 24 months covered by manufacturer, not network provider.

 

3.  Warranty does not cover the device with any signs of physical or liquid damage and misuse.

 

4.  There will be assessment fees if manufacturer considers that they need to charge. To avoid

     fees, please ask the service centre before you send your device.

 

5. Please ask us for P.O.P.(Proof of Purchase) for your device if you need to process repair

    under warranty.



Important things to know

Our repair process complies with applicable laws, such as the Consumer Guarantees

Act (CGA). The CGA gives you the benefit of guarantees and specific remedies.

The guarantees include that products and services:

·  • Are free from minor defects

•  • Are fit for purpose

•  • Work for a reasonable period

•  • Have facilities for repair



Non-Warranty repairs

The following damages are not covered by your warranty:

·    Impact damage - the phone has been dropped and damaged

•   • Liquid or moisture damage - the electronics have been exposed to excess levels of

      moisture (a possible exception to this is IP rated devices which have their own terms

      and conditions)
