Wireless Broadband Service Terms & Condition
By agreeing to this product, you are deemed to agree to the following terms and conditions.
- This product is a wireless broadband service that can be quickly and conveniently used at home or business using One NZ’s 4G or 5G mobile network.
- A router is provided as a free rental. There will be $20 courier fee ($25 for rural area).
- Extra $10 per month is added for rural areas.
- When signing up, a procedure for confirming the service area is required, and if you move the service area, you must contact us in advance.
- You can connect to a local phone through this wireless internet. The service fee is $10 per month, and additional charges apply for mobile or out-of-town calls and for calls to 059, 0161 ,018 or 0900. Calls to NZ mobile is $0.39/min and National call is $0.26/min. You can use the phone number you are using as is, voice mail or call forward functions and service will be charged.
- The EFTPOS you are using can be used by connecting it to a wireless router, and some services such as non-Internet-based old alarm systems or fax machines are not available.
- The installation method is connected by entering the device using the Wifi password at the bottom of the router after turning on the power. Alternatively, you can connect to the terminal using a LAN cable.
- The data usage cycle starts on the 8th of every month and ends on the 7th of the following month. You can check data usage by downloading Deco App from the Play Store or App Store.
- If power is not available then broadband, and any services which run over it including voice calling (and calls to emergency services), may stop working.
- This service may be suspended after 30 days notification due to Aquafi Mobile’s circumstances.
- One NZ Fair usage policy is applied.
- You need to let us know 30 days in advance if you wish to cancel any service.
Aquafi Fibre Broadband
Fibre is one of the fastest internet technologies available.
- Aquafi Mobile provides high-speed Fibre Broadband services delivered over fibre-optic infrastructure to eligible addresses, offering Fibre Broadband plans powered by One New Zealand’s network and products. Our Unlimited Fibre plans offer fast, reliable internet for everyday home use. All plans are open term, and you may use your own compatible modem at no additional charge. Please note that broadband performance may vary depending on your modem capability.
- Aquafi Mobile offers Voice over Broadband (VoIP) home phone services using modern internet technology.If you currently use a traditional copper landline, it will be replaced with voice calling over broadband.
- Fibre Broadband is subject to network availability at your address.

- Broadband Performance
Actual speeds may vary based on:

- Wi-Fi environment
- device capability
- server location
- home network setup
- Early Termination Charges
If you cancel SmartWiFi or SuperWiFi add-ons within 12 months, early termination fees may apply based on the remaining term of your equipment.
- Cancellation Notice
Minimum one month’s notice is required.
- Usage Policy
Unlimited Fibre Broadband is for standard residential use only.
Commercial use (e.g., reselling bandwidth or operating an ISP) is not permitted.
Aquafi Mobile does not throttle or slow down your connection under normal conditions. Temporary network management may occur only to protect network stability or customers.
Important Information
- Broadband and voice services require mains power
- Services will not operate during a power outage (including emergency calls)
- Keep a charged mobile phone available for emergencies
- Some older devices (fax machines, certain alarm systems, legacy phone equipment) may not be compatible with VoIP
Please check with your equipment or monitoring provider if unsure.
If your issue cannot be resolved, you may contact the
Telecommunications Dispute Resolution (TDR) for independent assistance.
