무선 브로드밴드 서비스 이용 약관
본 상품 약정 시 다음 이용약관을 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
- 본 상품은 One NZ의 4G 또는 5G 모바일 네트워크를 사용하여 가정이나 비즈니스에서 설치없이 간편하게 사용하실 수 있는 서비스입니다.
- 라우터는 무료 렌탈로 제공되며 배송비 $20 (시골지역은 $25)이 부과됩니다.
- 시골지역의 인터넷 서비스 비용은 $10/월이 추가됩니다.
- 가입시 서비스 가능 지역 확인 절차가 필요하며 이사등으로 서비스 지역을 이전하실 경우 사전에 연락을 주셔야 합니다.
- 본 무선 인터넷을 통화여 로컬전화를 연결하실 수 있습니다. 서비스 요금은 월 $10이며 모바일 또는 타지역 그리고 059, 0161,018 또는 0900으로 전화를 하실 경우 별도 요금이 부과됩니다. 로컬로 전화는 무료이며 모바일로 전화하시는 경우 39센트/분당 그리고 지방으로 전화하시면 26센트/분당 입니다. 기존에 사용중이신 전화번호를 그대로 사용 가능하시며Voice mail 이나 Call forward 기능이 가능하며 서비스요금이 추과됩니다.
- 사업장에서 사용하시는 에프포스(EFTPOS)는 무선라우터에 바로 연결하시면 사용이 가능하며 일부 인터넷 베이스가 아닌 오래된 알람 시스템 또는 팩스등의 서비스는 이용이 불가능합니다.
- 설치 방법은 라우터 하단의 Wifi Key의 비밀 번호를 연결하고자 하는 단말기에 입력하시면 연결됩니다. 또는 랜케이블을 이용하여 단말기에 연결하실 수 있습니다.
- 데이터 사용주기는 매월 8일에 시작하여 다음달 7일이 마지막 날입니다. 데이터 사용량 확인은 플레이스토어 또느 앱스토어에서 Deco 앱을 다운로드 하시어 체킹하실 수 있습니다.
- 본 무선 인터넷 서비스는 전원의 공급이 끊기면 사용이 불가능함을 알려 드립니다.
- 본 서비스는 아쿠아피 모바일의 사정으로 인하여 한달 노티스후 중지될 수 있습니다.
- 본상품은 One NZ의 Fair Usage Policy가 적용됩니다.
- 서비스 중단을 원하시면 30일전에 통보하셔야 합니다.
Aquafi Fibre Broadband
Fibre is one of the fastest internet technologies available.
- Aquafi Mobile provides high-speed Fibre Broadband services delivered over fibre-optic infrastructure to eligible addresses, offering Fibre Broadband plans powered by One New Zealand’s network and products. Our Unlimited Fibre plans offer fast, reliable internet for everyday home use. All plans are open term, and you may use your own compatible modem at no additional charge. Please note that broadband performance may vary depending on your modem capability.
- Aquafi Mobile offers Voice over Broadband (VoIP) home phone services using modern internet technology.If you currently use a traditional copper landline, it will be replaced with voice calling over broadband.
- Fibre Broadband is subject to network availability at your address.

Actual speeds may vary based on:
- modem performance
- Wi-Fi environment
- device capability
- server location
- home network setup
- Early Termination Charges
If you cancel SmartWiFi or SuperWiFi add-ons within 12 months, early termination fees may apply based on the remaining term of your equipment.
- Cancellation Notice
Minimum one month’s notice is required.
- Usage Policy
Unlimited Fibre Broadband is for standard residential use only.
Commercial use (e.g., reselling bandwidth or operating an ISP) is not permitted.
Aquafi Mobile does not throttle or slow down your connection under normal conditions. Temporary network management may occur only to protect network stability or customers.
Important Information
- Broadband and voice services require mains power
- Services will not operate during a power outage (including emergency calls)
- Keep a charged mobile phone available for emergencies
- Some older devices (fax machines, certain alarm systems, legacy phone equipment) may not be compatible with VoIP
